The ISN has a feature within Office Settings that allows for you determine whom the email is from when emailing attachments associated to an order.
Navigate to: Settings -- Office Settings -- Interacting with my Clients and Agents -- Attachment Emailing Options:
Clicking on Attachment Emailing Options opens to the following page. Click on the setting: Override the sender's name and sender's email when email attachments. Once that information is entered, click on Save Settings.
