If there is an inspection order within your ISN Scheduled Orders with an identical or very similar address to another order, the system will flag it as a Duplicate Inspection. To spot them for a given order navigate to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections:

Then, open the Order by clicking the information icon (i):

At the top left corner of the page you will see the duplicate tag of the other inspection order.

As for Re-Inspection Flags, these will appear at the top left of your new inspection order as a symbol of a repeat inspection of a previously inspected property. To spot them for a given order navigate to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections -- Open the Order with the 'Blue (i) icon'. From there you will see the Re-Order tag of the previous inspection order.

If you would like to review the Re-Inspection feature, here's the link to the outline of that process: http://help.inspectionsupport.net/en/articles/361443-re-inspection-feature
