The Inspection Support Network integrates directly with your Spectora Account, so you can pre-fill reports built-in Spectora with important order information.
To start, you'll need to get your ISN's Domain and Company Key, along with your account's Access Key and Secret Access Key.
Domain and Company Key
While logged into your ISN, the address bar of your web browser will list your domain and then your company key, separated by a slash.
Access and Secret Access Keys
You can find your access key information by clicking on Settings → My Access Keys:

Spectora Integration Wizard
In Spectora, navigate to In Spectora, navigate to Settings>Company Settings>System Integrations>Other Services
System Integrations-- OTHER SERVICES
Click on Enable
Then, enter your ISN Company Key, Access Key, and Secret Access Key (be sure not to copy/paste any spaces before or after)
Scrolling down, you will require to add in Inspectors Keys, which will be the same as the Access Keys above
Note: The user email must be the same as the one listed in your ISN and vis versa.
Then you can choose which templates are used for your various ISN order types. You can also choose not to import certain order types:
After choosing your templates, you will be prompt to select various settings for your Spectora settings. These are your own personal choice.
finally, click “Enable ISN”.
If the integration was successful, you will see "Information updated!" on the upper right below your Login, As well as the Enable toggle changing from Enable to Disable.
