We understand at ISN that it can be easy to make mistakes when editing Order Form Controls. Oftentimes these can lead to unforeseen consequences when processing a new order.
We also try to make it apparent as possible that something has gone wrong when creating an order if an important detail has been changed.
For instance, if the Inspector List control is not present on an order form, the phone number of the company will be repeatedly displayed:
This can be rectified by navigating to your Settings -- Office Settings
Click on Customize Order Form
Click the middle Edit (pencil) icon to add a control to the Inspector Section
Click + Add a Control
From the Type drop-down menu, Select Inspector List
Fill in the Name (Typically "Inspector" or "Primary Inspector") and Description fields, and click Add Control
For Easy-Viewing on your Order Form, you may want to move the newly created control by clicking the three horizontal bars, and dragging it to the top of the list:
Your order form will now have a drop-down menu with the inspectors in your ISN, and the phone numbers will no longer be displayed:
