In the ISN, coupons are applied on a per-fee basis and can be comprised of a fixed amount or a percentage based coupon.

While editing an order, a coupon is applied on the Fees tab (or wherever your fees control is housed).
You'll see a new Piggy Bank Icon which you can click on next to each fee.

Clicking on the Piggy Bank Icon will bring out a new pop up window where you can select which coupon to apply!

Applying the discount updates the button in that dropdown:

Athe end of your fees list will have a row item for the discount from your coupon, along with an orange Remove button
