How to Use the Agent Alert Feature

This article shows you how to enable and use the Agent Alert Feature

The ISN now includes the ability to add important alerts to your agent contact records!

Have you ever wanted to keep special flags on agent records for particularly great (or not so great!) agents? Now you can!

How it Works

Adding some Alert Info
Under Clients/Agents --> Agents --> Agents you can edit any of your agent records.

If you scroll down past the Notes and Biography fields, you'll see a new Alert Info text field where you can enter up to 255 characters long.

Be sure to hit Save after adding your alert text!

Where the Alert Appears

Now that you've added your alert text, you can see those alerts in a number of places:
On the Order Edit Screen on the Buyer or Seller's agent tabs:

On the Agents List you'll see an exclamation point icon for any agents with Alert Info on their record.

As well as on the agent window on the Order View screen:

How to Enable Agent Alert Text

In your ISN navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Interacting with my Clients and Agents -- Agent and Agency Optionsย 

Then check the box labeled โ€˜Show Agent Alert Text.โ€™ and hit Save Settings!
