Sometimes you will notice that the Call Close Report and the Orders Over Time Widget display different numbers. These two views show the information arranged differently. This can sometimes create confusion when you are looking at the differences between the numbers.

These examples below are both for the same time frame but you'll see there are different totals associated with the Created Date vs. Scheduled Date.

The Call Close Report uses the Order Created Date to get the total number of inspections:

The Orders Over Time Widget uses the Order Scheduled Date to get the total number of inspections:

Here you'll notice the total is 278 when the 3 types are added together as opposed to the 294 "Kill" (an order which was started and then scheduled) count in the Call Close Report.
