Once you have added your Google Analytics Tracking ID to your Online Scheduler you will be able to observe and report on actions taken by your clients & agents as they schedule online. You can find these events below.
Page Views
All visits to your Online Scheduler will register a pageview event in your Google Analytics account. The pageview event will be traceable by its location, which will contain your Company Key. To illustrate:

Online Order Started
Every time someone starts an online order an event will be registered:
Event Category: Online Scheduler
Event Action: started
Event Label: New Online Scheduler Order started
Additionally, a secondary event will be registered with information about the type of person, based on the button they clicked (Buyer, Owner, Agent, etc):
1. Client as Buyer
Event Category: Online Scheduler
Event Action: buyer-started
Event Label: New Online Scheduler Order started by Buyer
2. Client as Owner
Event Category: Online Scheduler
Event Action: owner-started
Event Label: New Online Scheduler Order started by Owner
3. Real Estate Agent
Event Category: Online Scheduler
Event Action: agent-started
Event Label: New Online Scheduler Order started by Agent
4. Insurance Agent
Event Category: Online Scheduler

Date & Time Unavailable
This registers whenever the user had selected an appointment but lost the chance to book it. Typically this is because of a delay between selection and completion.

Event Action: bad-date
Event Label: User Unable to complete Online Scheduler Order due to date/time being taken
Viewed Services / Pricing
This registers whenever the user views the services / pricing screen. Reporting on this can be useful to determine how many people view your pricing but never complete the order (by cross-examining the Online Order Completed event.)

Event Label: User visited Online Scheduler Pricing
Online Order Completed
This registers whenever the user fully completes the Online Scheduling Process. This means the user made it to the final stage and hit the "Schedule" button.
