Setting up a VA Loan Termite Invoice (WDI) in the new Invoicing System

This article will show you how to get your VA Termite/WDI invoice added to your ISN.

If you're on the new invoice system, we can build a VA Loan Termite/WDI invoice to add to your ISN.

Info on the new invoice system is HERE!

NOTE: On this specific invoice, only your Termite/WDI fees will display - no inspection fees! Also, the payor by default will be the SELLER'S AGENT - not the client.

To have the ISN team add this invoice to your ISN, click the chat bubble towards the top right corner of your ISN page and let us know you want it added! Another option is to email your request to help@inspectionsupport.com

Below is an example of the VA Loan Termite/WDI Invoice.
Notice this order has a total of $700. - $500 for the inspection and $200 for termite.

If we view the order and go to Actions -- Invoice:

You'll now be able to switch the invoice template to your VA Loan Termite/WDI:

Once viewing that invoice, you'll see the payor is the seller's agent and it only displays the correct fees:
