If you are experiencing an issue where a particular inspector, who has already been added to your ISN as an inspector, does not appear in the order form, specifically in the drop down menu of inspector options-- found on the Inspectors Date/Time tab, then you will want to head over to Admin--User Admin--
to the left of the inspector's profile, you'll click Actions--Edit.
Next, scroll down to the Privileges section.
Here you'll want to ensure that Account Enabled is selected. If it is unchecked, you'll want to check that box and set the permissions as desired to the particular user/inspector
Be sure to hit 'Save Changes'.
Double check this modification by simulating the creation of a new order, via Inspections-- Inspection Order Form and navigate to the Inspectors/ Date & Time tab, and confirm that the inspector's name now shows up in the drop-down list of options.
If the inspector's name shows properly in the drop-down menu, then you are all set!
