Sometimes agents work in teams and both want notifications and updates sent to them from your ISN when an inspection is booked.
Unfortunately, we don't have built-in handling for multiple agents on an inspection report, but we are able to provide a workaround!
Please Note: This is a workaround and can slightly impede reporting as these agent records cannot be merged with the individual records for each agent.

For either step, you'll create a new agent record on your order form, or from under Clients/Agents -- Agents
For Agents who share a last name
Put both first names into the First Name field.
Then put both email addresses in the Email field, separated by a comma or semicolon (, or ;)
Then hit the blue 'Add Mobile' button and enter both agent numbers into their own boxes in the Mobile field.
For agents who do not share a last name
Place Agent 1's full name into the First Name field.
Place Agent 2's full name into the Last Name field.
Then put both email addresses in the Email field, separated by a comma or semicolon (, or ;)
Then hit the blue 'Add Mobile' button and enter both agent numbers into their own boxes in the Mobile field.
