The Agency Relationship Manager (ARM) is live in the ISN! You can read an overview of the feature here.
To use this system, you'll need to enable the ARM and set user permissions to access it.
To enable the ARM, navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Interacting with my Clients and Agents -- ARM Settings.
Then hit the Enable Marketing Dashboard checkbox and hit 'Save Settings'
User Permissions
Under Admin -- User Administration:
Then, click on the Actions Menu -- Edit
You can scroll down to the Permissions section of any user profile and apply the new permission Marketing System Access to allow them to access the ARM:
Anyone with the Office Administrator permission in addition to the Marketing System Access permission, will see a representative dropdown in the ARM so they can assign agencies, build routes, and modify information for other ARM users.
Be sure to hit Save after you make any changes!
