Create a schedule for your representatives to reach out to agents using the To-Do tab in the Agency Relationship Manager tab.
First, start by navigating to the To-Do page on the navigation bar from within the ARM.
Start by selecting a representative To-Do list you would like to see.
Then filter out by date, appointment status, and appointment type.
This will now display the lists of To-Do's for the selected representatives below.
Set the status, edit, or delete the appointment using the arrow button to the far right.
Create a new task directly from this page as well.
Select New Task at the top right of the page.
Then fill out the details for that appointment. Press Save to complete it and assign it to the selected representative.
