The status of an RER can be checked in two places:
The Order Grid and Order View page.
When you activate the Porch Repair Estimate Report(RER) in your ISN, a new column is added to the Order Grid called RER which shows the status of each order, as it pertains to the RER feature.
Not Submitted - Waiting on Report
When you see this icon, it means the order will send to Porch for an RER as soon as you upload the inspection report!
This clock icon indicates the order has been submitted to Porch for an RER. Hovering over it with your mouse will share further detail.
The green check icon means the RER order has been fulfilled and sent to the agent or client. You can click on this icon to view the RER file within the ISN!
Does Not Qualify
When you see this ban icon, that means the order does not qualify for an RER. Hovering over the icon with your mouse will share details as to why.
You can click on this icon to manually order an RER anyways.
