In the ISN, when an order is first start it is considered “Unscheduled.”  When an order is “Unscheduled” (before you click Schedule to put it on the calendar), all notes are stored as ‘temporary team notes’ in the system and really do not belong to anyone.

Therefore these notes do not have a user assigned as the “author” of the note, or the one who created it UNTIL the order is scheduled.  This is by design so we can auto-save all of your inspection entry process but also allow the initial notes to be free-form.  Once the order is “Scheduled” the notes are saved with the name of the person who hit the button to schedule the order, and are given a timestamp of when the order is saved.
