First, log in to your ISN and navigate to Inspections--> Scheduled Inspections
Next, find the inspection which has the wrong report. Click the Complete Inspection Again icon (red checkmark to the right of your screen).

Then upload the correct file by clicking Select File to upload

To view and remove the report(s) you can Scroll to the bottom of the View Order Form page
Inspections --> Scheduled Inspections --> then click the blue i to the left of your screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, to the area titled Inspection Reports. This area contains the report uploaded to the specific order. Click the trash button, and the report will be deleted from the order.
