ISN now offers the ability to require customers to read and sign the inspection agreement before they can submit payment to you!
To active this feature in your ISN, navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Interacting with my Clients and Agents -- Agreement Options
Next, check the box that says “Require signature on agreements BEFORE payment”
Important: Don’t forget to press the “Save settings” button before exiting the screen!
