Adding a biography for your inspector is a great way to give your customers some background on who they will be working with!
This feature adds a new Biography field to the user edit screen in your ISN, and a new Replacement Value that you can use in your email templates and agreements!
This article will walk you through how to create a biography for each of your inspectors, and how to include that bio in emails to your customers.
First, navigate to Admin -- User Administration
Then, next to the user account you want to edit, hit Actions -- Edit
Scroll down to the section titled Biography and you can enter a rich-text biography for your inspector! (Rich text, meaning you can style the content and add lists if you'd like!)
This section is located directly under the Phone field in the client profile
Don’t let your hard work go to waste! Remember to “Save changes” at the bottom of the page before exiting.
Now that you have completed and saved your inspector biography, you can use the replacement value %inspectorbio% to include your inspector bio text to your email templates! Here is a preview of what that could look like:
