Go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections and locate the inspection you want to cancel. On the right side of the page you'll see an icon for just this purpose.

Choose a description to apply as to why the inspection was canceled and click on Cancel Order. Note, if you choose Other, a text box will appear for you to apply your own notes.
Please Note: You can add to the list of the reasons for cancellations by going to Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Cancel Reasons

You can check off a box to notify the client, agents, office, and/or inspector to send them a specific template notifying them of the cancellation.
โ€‹Note: The ISN will remember your settings on this page for future cancellations.
