This article will show you how to setup a custom IVR message in your ISN.

The custom IVR for your SMS number is something that will require you to have your own SMS number purchased within ISN (Premium plan). This will greet your callers with the voice of your choice as well as a custom message as ISN routes the call to the number of your choice.

Start by Navigating to Settings -- Office Settings -- SMS Options.

This page will first show you what your SMS number is and which number we are transferring the call to.

So when someone dials your purchased SMS number, we will be routing them to the number you entered and while we do so, we will create a custom message below.

Here is where you type in your custom message that they will hear as we are transferring them. There is a list of replacement values that can be used while creating your custom message.

NOTE: You can select replacement values using the drop down. This drop down contains all of our replacement values and only replacement values for agents and clients will be usable.

Lastly, you'll select which voice they will hear, don't forget to SAVE!

We recommend at this point, you call your SMS number and make sure you are happy with the message in case any further changes are needed!
