Enable Private Agent Notes

Login to your ISN and navigate to Settings -- Office Settings.

In the section 'What we see on the ISN' click on Agent & Agency Options.

Click the box for 'Enable Users with Owner and Office Administrator permissions to enter private notes for Agents.'
​

Be sure to SAVE!
​

Now when editing an agent's profile (if your privileges allow) you'll see Private Notes.
