Porch/ISG Benefit Set Up

This article will show you how to set up your Porch/ISG benefit after opting into Porch through ISN.

You have to be participating in the ISG Leads Program to be able to take advantage of the Porch/ISG Benefit.

First, you will want to navigate to Settings-->Office Settings

Scroll all the way to the bottom on the left under "Working with other applications" you can click on the "Porch" option.

After clicking on Porch you can enable the Porch option by clicking on the blue "Enable Porch" button.

Once you have opted into Porch you will need to choose the "Inspector Services Group Benefits + $100 Porch Handyman Services" option:

Next you will want to do one of the following:

If you are already using ISG log into RecallChek Mobile using the "RecallCheck Integration" article. Make sure to click on the blue "Save" option before you navigate away from the Porch Integration page.


If you are not logged into RecallChek Mobile you will see the error below:

If you are not already using ISG you will need to reach out to Inspector Services Group at (888) 854-0798 and let them know you will be opting into Porch and need to sign up with them. After the sign up process has finished with ISG please revisit this article to complete the opt in.

When last step is completed if you are already participating in the ISG Alarm Leads Program the last thing left to do is choose which inspection types to send to Porch. Keep in mind you will want to choose inspection types that would need Porch services i.e Standard Residential. 

Finally, just hit the blue "Save Settings" button.

If you are not yet participating in the ISG Alarm leads Program you will receive the following pop up:

Choose the blue "Yes" option and then an ISG representative will reach out to you. After you are set up with the ISG Alarm Leads Program you can complete the last step of choosing inspection types that would need Porch services, saving and then you are finished.
