Text from your phone in the SMS inbox
The SMS & MMS inbox now works on a phone. Your conversations show first, you tap one to open it, and the back arrow takes you back to the list. Message history is one list grouped by day, and History and New Message are now small buttons next to the search box.

New Bookings shows every inspector on an inspection
The New Bookings card on your dashboard now lists every inspector assigned to an inspection, not just the first one.

The alerts bell is always in the header
The bell at the top of the page now stays put even when you have no alerts, so you always check in the same place. A red number still appears when something needs your attention.

Booking tools now price order updates correctly
When a connected booking tool updates an order, your package discounts now apply, and the price no longer goes up each time the tool re-sends the order’s services. Removing a service or package through the tool now takes its charge off the order.

Simpler FlexFund agreement note for Launchpad
Clients of Launchpad companies no longer see a note asking them to contact their inspector about other payment methods when they sign a FlexFund agreement. For everyone else, the email address in that note now opens the client’s email app.

Protection against double charges
If a client submits an online payment twice at the same moment, for example from two browser tabs, only one charge goes through. The second attempt tells them a payment is already being processed.

Removing a user always cuts off their API access
Deleting or disabling a user now always revokes that user’s API keys, including corporate and call-center integration accounts.

Stronger security for your client and order information
We tightened protection around signing records, customer service inquiry reports, calendar and agent lookups, report thumbnails, RecallChek forms and duplicate-order review. These pages now show information only to signed-in staff in the right office, and nothing changes in how you use them.

Google Calendar times corrected for western Canada
If your office is in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba or the Northwest Territories, appointments after November 1 that showed an hour off in your connected Google Calendar now show the correct time.

Booking quotes now include package discounts
Prices quoted through booking integrations now include your package discounts and match the order that gets created. This also covers add-on services that skip the property age charge.

Failed bank payments no longer count as paid
When a client’s bank account (ACH) payment doesn’t go through, it no longer counts toward the inspection being paid, so the report stays locked until a payment succeeds. Payments that were wrongly counted in the past are corrected automatically, so you may see a balance come back on an order whose bank payment had failed.
