Choose your own dashboard shortcuts
You can now pick which shortcut buttons appear in the Welcome panel on your dashboard, and in what order. Click “Edit shortcuts” to add pages you use every day, such as Unscheduled Inspections, Route Builder or Time Clock. If you never change it, you’ll see the same buttons as before.

See whether a client paid by credit or debit
CardPointe card payments now show as “Credit Card” or “Debit Card” on the order, on paid stamps and on the client payment page. Older payments and other processors still show “Card”.

Safer agent and agency merges
A merge is now refused if a selected agent was already merged or deleted, belongs to another office, or is selected twice. Merged agents and agencies now show inspection counts based on their actual inspections, updated overnight.

Stronger security for emailed invoice links
Invoice links in emails now open only for the people you sent them to. Links sent before this update keep working for 60 days. After that, the recipient is asked to sign in or ask your office to send the invoice again.

Stronger security for inspections changed through the API
API users can now open or update only the inspections they’re assigned to, unless they have permission to view all inspections. Inspection updates and inspection type upgrades also require permission to edit inspections.

Stronger security for users and offices
“Login as”, password resets and office assignments on a user now cover only users and offices you already manage. Multi-office companies can count on one office’s admins staying out of another office’s accounts.

Agent email field no longer freezes the page
Typing an email address while adding or editing an agent no longer locks up the page, even in offices with many agencies.

Package orders from booking tools get the package price
Orders booked through a connected booking tool with a package now come in at the package’s discounted price, matching what the booking tool showed.

Business debit cards are no longer surcharged
Business debit card payments are no longer charged a surcharge by mistake.
