The Enhance with AI button rewrites a short order note into clear, complete sentences before you save it. It keeps everything you wrote and tidies up the wording, so a quick note like "buyer wants extra time in attic, access via garage closet" becomes a note the rest of your office can read at a glance.
Note: Enhance with AI is only available on Order Form Version 2. It does not appear on Order Form Version 1, when adding a note from the inspection grid, or in the Inspection Order Notes section of the order view.
Where to find it
Open an order on Order Form Version 2 and go to the Notes tab. Type your note in the Add a note... box. As soon as there is text in the box, the Enhance with AI button appears next to Save Note.
How to use it
Type your note in the note box. Shorthand is fine.
Click Enhance with AI. The note box is locked for a moment while the new wording is prepared.
The rewritten note replaces your text in the box. Read it over and make any changes you like.
Click Save Note to add it to the order.
Changed your mind? Restore your original
After enhancing, a Restore original button appears. Click it to bring back exactly what you typed. You can also enhance again, edit the result by hand, or start over. Nothing is saved to the order until you click Save Note, so you are always in control of the final wording.
What the AI will and won't do
It keeps your facts. Locations, components, measurements, names, dates and numbers stay exactly as you wrote them.
It doesn't add anything. It won't invent defects, causes, costs or recommendations you didn't mention. A very short note stays short.
It writes in your language. The note comes back in the same language you typed it in, as plain text.
As with anything AI-written, give the result a quick read before saving.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the button. Make sure you are on Order Form Version 2 and there is text in the note box; the button only shows when there is something to enhance. If you still don't see it, AI features may not be turned on for your office. Contact Support and we can help.
I see "AI assistance is not available right now. Your note is unchanged." Your text has not been touched. Wait a moment and try again, or save the note as written.
I see "Please reload this page and try again." Your session on the order page has expired. Copy your note, refresh the page, then paste it back and try again.
My note is very long. Notes up to about 2,000 characters can be enhanced. For longer notes, enhance them in smaller pieces.
