You can now apply multiple labels to your clients in your ISN!
Note: You need to have already created your labels. Click here for more information on how to create a label.
Once you have your label created, navigate to Clients/Agents --> Agents --> Agents in your ISN.
You'll find a search field on the upper left section of the agents list, and a set of filters on the upper right which you can use to search for the agents you want to apply your label to.
Note: In the search field, you may search by agent name, email, physical address, or phone number.
Additional Note: The ability to add multiple agents is only applicable to visible agents on the list. If you change to another page, you will lose your checked boxes.
Once you have your agents pulled up, you can click the checkbox next to each agent record you want to apply the label to.
Checked box, that agent record is selected.
Unchecked box, that agent record is not selected.
Overall Checkbox - If you check that, it'll select every agent record on the current page.
Once you've selected your agent records, hit Actions -- Add Label at the top of that grid.
Then, in the modal window that pops up, check the box next to any agent labels you want to apply to your agent selection and hit Ok to apply it!
Those changes will be immediately applied to any agent records you have selected.
