How to Import Your Horizon Data into ISN

To help ISN convert your Horizon data to ISN, please export and send us the required data files. This article explains how to create the exports, which file types are available, and exactly which files ISN needs.

Export your data from Horizon

Go to Horizon and sign in with your Horizon username and password.
Select Profile.
Locate the data type you want to export and select Export Data.
Repeat this process for each required file listed below.

After you request an export, Horizon sends you an email containing a download link. Open that email and download the exported file to your computer.

File types available in Horizon

Files required by ISN

Please send ISN the following four exported files:

CRM Agents (.xlsx)
CRM Clients (.xlsx)
Inspection Bookings Data (.xlsx)
Company Templates (.json)

Send the downloaded files to ISN

Please download the files from the Horizon email and send the actual files to ISN. Do not send only the Horizon download link or a link from the export email, as our team needs access to the downloaded files to extract and prepare your data.

You can send the files in either of these ways:

Open a chat with ISN Support and attach the files directly in the chat.
Email the files as attachments to help@inspectionsupport.com.

Once we receive all four required files, our Support team can begin reviewing them for your ISN conversion.
