To enable these messages, navigate to Settings -- Office Settings

Now, go to the What we see on the ISN section and click on Error and Warning Messages

The following messages are what can be enabled or disabled to appear on your ISN pages:

Canceled inspections: Shows you how many inspections are currently on your Canceled page, along with a direct link to that page.

Unscheduled inspections: Shows you how many inspections are currently on your Unscheduled page, along with a direct link to that page.

Zip code inspection: When enabled, you will receive an alert for any inspections that fall outside of the selected inspector's serviceable zip code zone or outside of their serviceable days.

Missing report warning: Allows you to choose how many days after an inspection has been completed the warning should appear when a report has not yet been uploaded to the order.

SMS messages warning: Notifies you when there are unread SMS messages on your account.
