Fill-In Forms are PDF documents with fillable form fields added to them. These PDF's can be uploaded into the system to pull text values from your orders in and pre-fill much of the data. (We are not able to import images into PDFs using the Fill-In Form system at this time, if you need an image on your PDF it will need to already exist on the PDF form itself).
This article will show you how to tie the fields in your PDF to the ISN's order form fields, however, if you send your completed PDF with form fields already in place, to help@inspectionsupport.net, we can also get it loaded into your ISN for you.
PLEASE NOTE: This article only shows you how to assign the fields in your PDF to the different fields in your ISN. Creating Fillable Forms in the ISN requires that you have access to software that aides in creating fillable PDF forms.
If you have access to it, you can accomplish this with Adobe's Acrobat Pro software.
Otherwise, you can use a free option like PDFescape.

Assigning your Fill-In Form to an email template for delivery:
Once your Fill-In Form has been uploaded into your ISN , at Settings -- Office Settings --My Office Settings -- Fill-In Forms there two ways to set your Fill-in Form to be sent to it's recipient.
Sending fill-in forms as attachments using email events:
If you have not already, create the email template you would like the fill in form to attach to.
Select "Always attach public Attachments" option as shown highlighted below when setting up the template:
Once the template is created, set up an email event using that template*
*Be sure you set up the email event trigger to allow you enough time to download and load the fill in form into the order. We suggest using the "1 hour after inspection is created" option.
Once the inspection is created, download the fill in form, and load it into the order as a public attachment.
When the email event is triggered to send, as long as you have loaded the fill in forms as public attachments, they will always go out automatically with the email events.
Sending fill-in forms as attachments via " Send email template" function within an order:
If you have not already, create the email template(s) you would like the fill in form to attach to
Select "Always attach public Attachments" option as shown highlighted below when setting up the template:
Once the inspection is created, download the fill in form, and load it into the order as a public attachment
From the inspection order screen, navigate to Actions -- Send Email Template-Select the corresponding email template, and send to all parties you would like to receive this form, then select 'Send Email Template.'
