The limit depends on what you're uploading:
Reports, order attachments and property photos: up to 250 MB per file.
Files in email templates, letterheads and agreements: up to 60 MB per file. Email templates take up to 10 files at a time.
If a file is too large, make it smaller in the program that created it (for example, save the PDF at a lower image quality) and upload it again.
Sending files by email has lower limits, because email providers limit message size:
Emailing an order attachment as an attachment: up to 20 MB with Email Attachment (as an email attachment). For larger files, use Email Attachment (as a link).
Attaching files to a manual email: up to 10 MB in total, and no more than 10 files.
Reports and files attached automatically by an email template: ISN doesn't limit their size, but many email providers reject emails over about 20 MB without telling you. Send large reports as a link.
