The "Print in Report" feature allows you to customize what content appears in your final printed reports, offering greater flexibility and control. Whether you're working with categories or individual line items, this guide will walk you through the steps to manage the "Print in Report" setting effectively, ensuring your reports display only the necessary information.
Steps to Use This Feature
1.- Access the Action Menu:
You can control the "Print in Report" setting either at the category level or the line level.
To modify settings at the category level, navigate to the category and access its action menu.
To modify settings at the line level, access the action menu next to the individual line item.
2.- Control Printing in the Report:
Print in Report: By default, the "Print in Report" setting will be on (blue) for both categories and lines.
To exclude a category or line from the final printed report, toggle the "Print in Report" setting off (gray).
When you set a category or line to not print, the area that you are targeting will become light gray in the screen with a no print icon. These sections can still be edited, but they will no longer print in the report.
3.- Save Your Changes:
After making adjustments, ensure that your changes are saved.
By using the "Print in Report" feature, you can fine-tune your reports to include only the most relevant content while maintaining the ability to edit excluded sections. Remember to save your changes after adjusting the settings. With this tool, creating tailored and professional reports is easier than ever.
