Steps to Create a Default Rating:
Open the Template Editor:
Navigate to the Template Editor from your dashboard (Settings > Office Settings)
Select the template you want to edit and click the pencil icon.
Locate the Rating Configuration:
Identify the category or line where you want to set the default rating.
Open the line's details panel by clicking on it.
Edit the Rating:
In the Rating Section of the line, locate the desired rating.
Click the Edit Rating button or the pencil icon next to the rating.
Set as Default:
In the rating configuration popup, ensure the Set as Default option is selected.
Confirm any additional settings, such as the associated score or color.
Save Your Changes:
Click Save to finalize your changes.
The rating is now set as the default for the selected line.
Tips:
Use default ratings for commonly evaluated items to save time and maintain consistency in reporting.
