Time Clock gives inspectors a built-in way to clock in, clock out, and track lunch breaks directly from the screens they already use most, so hours worked can be tracked without a separate system.
Key Features
Clock in, clock out, and track lunch from Home, Inspection Search, or Calendar, no separate app needed
See your status and running total at a glance, right in the header
View your own punch history for the day or the week
Edit or delete a punch if something was logged incorrectly
How It Works
How to Clock in and Out
How to Clock in and Out
Time Clock is accessible from Home, Inspection Search, and Calendar, so you can clock in and out without leaving the screen you're already working from.
On Home, look for the time clock arrow icon in the header and tap it to open the punch card. On Inspection Search and Calendar, the punch card is shown by default in the header, no arrow tap needed.
Tap the punch button. It always shows the one action that's valid for your current status:
Clock In (green) - starts your day and begins your running total.
Clock Out (red) / Start Lunch (blue) - shown once you're clocked in; Clock Out ends your day, Start Lunch begins your break.
Stop Lunch (orange) - shown while you're on lunch; ends the break and returns you to a clocked-in state.
After stopping lunch, the button returns to green Clock In - tap it again to resume active work time.
Because the button only ever shows the one valid next action, there's no way to accidentally clock in twice or start lunch before clocking in.
How to Read Your Status
How to Read Your Status
The badge in the header and the punch card button always stay in sync, so you can tell your status at a glance without opening anything.
Look at the small badge in the top-right of the header, next to the office selector.
The badge color tells you your current status:
Green - not currently clocked in (haven't started yet, or between lunch and clocking back in)
Red - currently clocked in and working
Orange/Yellow - currently on a lunch break
The number next to the date (e.g. "03:05:27") is your running total for the day, separate from the badge, and it keeps counting while you're clocked in.
This status and running total stay the same as you move between Home, Inspection Search, and Calendar.
How to View the History (Day or Week)
How to View the History (Day or Week)
The punch card can expand into a full list of everything you've logged, for either a single day or a full week.
Open the punch card, then tap anywhere on it except the punch button (tapping the button performs the clock action instead).
The card expands into a list, with a date strip at the top (Mon-Sun) and a range selector (defaults to Today).
Each punch in the list shows the time and action, color-coded the same way as the header: green for Clocked In/Stopped Lunch, yellow for Started Lunch, red/pink for Clocked Out.
To see more than one day, tap the range selector and switch to This Week (or another available range). The list updates to show every punch across that range in chronological order.
The list only ever shows your own punches, not anyone else's at the company.
How to Edit or Delete a Punch
How to Edit or Delete a Punch
If a punch was logged incorrectly, you can fix it directly from the list view.
Open the list view and find the punch you need to fix.
Swipe the entry to reveal a delete (trash can) icon, and tap it to remove that punch entirely.
To correct a time instead of deleting it, tap directly on the punch's listed time.
A scrollable time picker opens showing hour, minute, and AM/PM. Scroll each column to the correct value and confirm.
The list re-sorts automatically if the corrected time changes where that punch falls chronologically.
