Custom Order Controls brings your web order form to mobile. Instead of a fixed, generic order form, the app now shows the same sections and fields your company has configured on the web, in the same order, both when creating a new order and when viewing an existing one.
Key Benefits
Create orders using your company's actual custom order form, not a generic default
Choose your order form once and it's remembered until you change it
All the custom field types from web (drop-downs, insurance fields, escrow fields, radon and water quality appointments, and more) are now available on mobile
View the full order in the same expanded layout and section order as web
How It Works
How to Access the New Order Form
How to Access the New Order Form
The first time you create an inspection, you'll be asked which order form you want to use going forward.
Tap Create from the Home screen, then choose Order.
A prompt appears: "Create orders using the default order form - or use your company's custom order form."
Choose DEFAULT FORM or [COMPANY NAME] FORM.
This is a one-time selection - it applies only to you, and the app remembers your choice for every order you create going forward, until you change it.

If you picked the wrong form, or just want to switch, you can update your choice anytime in Settings.
Open the hamburger menu and tap Settings.
Tap Order Form Settings.
You'll see both available forms listed - Default Order Form and [COMPANY NAME] Order Form - with a checkmark next to your current selection.
Tap the form you want to switch to, then tap Done.
Using the New Order Form
Using the New Order Form
The new order form mirrors your web order form exactly, so every section your company has configured shows up on mobile, in the same order you're used to seeing on web.
When creating an order, fill in each section as it appears - these match your web order form's sections and field types, whether that's a dropdown, a checkbox-triggered field, an insurance or escrow contact lookup, a date and time picker, or a related/radon appointment.
Because the form mirrors web, any custom fields, required fields, or field order your company has set up carry over automatically. There's nothing extra to configure on mobile.

Using the Order Summary on Mobile
Using the Order Summary on Mobile
As you fill out the order form, the Order Summary gives you a running view of everything entered so far, organized into the same sections as the full order.
While creating an order, the Order Summary shows sections like Client Info, Property Info, Packages, Inspector/Date & Time, Fees, Agent's Info, Access Info, Radon Drop Off/Pickup, Payment, Radon Test Results, Sewer Scope Results, Customer Feedback, and ICC Review Tab.
Each section reflects what's been filled in so far, and lets you jump back into any section to review or edit before scheduling.
Once everything looks correct, tap Schedule Order at the bottom.
You can also save the inspection as Unscheduled and schedule it later.
The New Order Details
The New Order Details
Once an order exists, the Order Details screen gives you the option to expand into the same full, sectioned layout used in the Order Summary.
Open an order to see the standard Order Details view - key info like Date & Time, Inspectors, Client, and Agents, along with Notes, Fees, and Quick Actions.
Tap View All Details to expand into the full-page layout.
In the expanded view, every section from your custom order form is listed and can be expanded individually, or all at once using Expand all: Client Info, Property Info, Packages, Inspectors/Date & Time, Fees, Agent's Info, Access Info, Radon Drop Off/Pickup, Payment, Radon Test Results, Sewer Scope Results, Customer Feedback, ICC Review Tab, Cancellation, and Notes.
All sections are read-only in this view. Quick Actions and the Write Report button stay accessible whether you're in the collapsed or expanded view.
Tap Hide Details to collapse back down to the standard view.
