Hey %buyersagentdisplayname%,
I wanted to make sure you know about something that’s been added to the inspection reports I send you through ISN.
It’s called AgentHub. It’s a free tool built specifically for real estate agents – and it connects automatically to every report I send you going forward. You don’t need to set anything up. The next time I deliver a report, you’ll have access.
Here’s what AgentHub gives you:
Repair Estimate Ranges
Real-time cost estimates localized to the property's ZIP code, based on millions of inspection records. They're clearly labeled as third-party data, so you've got a solid negotiation reference point.
All Your Reports in One Place
Every report I've sent you, organized by transaction. No more hunting through old emails when you need to reference something. And all future reports will automatically be uploaded in AgentHub.
SmartRepair Request List Builder
Turn findings from my report into a formatted repair request list in minutes instead of hours. Select items, add notes, share it – done.
AI-Powered SmartRepairs Findings
The most critical items from my report surfaced automatically, sortable by cost, house feature, or priority level. There's also a built-in AI assistant if you want to dig deeper on a specific finding.
It's free for you, and it's already connected to my reports. I think it'll save you a lot of time and make closing transactions faster and easier. Or, if all you want is my inspection report, that remains the front and center – feel free to download the report and move on.
