If you would like to include our recommended AgentHub language in the email that automatically delivers reports to buyer's agents, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Access Email Events
Log in to your ISN account.
From the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click Email.
Select Email Events from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Locate the Buyer's Agent Report Delivery Email Event
Review your list of Email Events.
Find the automated Email Event that is responsible for delivering the inspection report to the buyer's agent.
In the Template column, click Edit.
Note: Clicking Edit in the Template column will open the email template currently being used by that Email Event.
Step 3: Add the AgentHub Language
Once the template opens, place your cursor in the location where you would like the AgentHub information to appear.
Copy the recommended AgentHub text provided below.
Paste the text into the template.
Save your changes.
Recommended AgentHub Language
Copy and paste the following text into your template:
Subject: Your inspection report is ready – plus a tool that makes it easier to use.
Your report is here. And there’s a free tool connected to it you’ll want to know about.
Body:
Hey [FIRST NAME],
Your inspection report for [PROPERTY ADDRESS] is ready.
[View your report]
One thing while you’ve got this open: your report is also available in AgentHub, a free tool that connects directly to every inspection report I send to you through ISN.
With AgentHub you can:
See repair estimates localized to this property's ZIP code — clearly labeled as third-party data, so you've got a starting point from a negotiating perspective
Build a detailed, specific repair request list from the findings in minutes instead of hours
See the most critical findings surfaced automatically, with an AI assistant if you want to dig deeper
Access this report – and every report I've sent you – anytime, all in one place
It’s free, and agents who use tools like this show up to transactions with detailed property information and in a better position to negotiate. I hope you’ll give AgentHub a try.
