How to Create the Email Template for the Agent Hub Mass Email

To create an email template, navigate to Email > My Email Templates and click the green Add Email Template button on the left-hand side.

In the Name field, enter an internal name that will help you identify the template.

In the Subject field, enter the text you would like recipients to see as the email subject line.

Next, select the Container that best fits the purpose of the template. In this example, we're using the Default Container.

Below that, you'll find several attachment options that can be enabled to automatically include items whenever the template is sent:

  • Always attach the report

  • Always attach the agreement

  • Always attach the invoice

  • Always attach the inspection ICS file (for Apple Calendar events)

  • Always attach any public attachments available within the ISN order

Continue scrolling down to the Body of Message section, where you can compose the content of your email.


In this section, you can paste the following content:

Hey %buyersagentdisplayname%,

Your inspection report for [PROPERTY ADDRESS] is ready.

%reportlink%

In the upper-right corner of the message editor, you'll find options to insert Replacement Values. These can be used to automatically populate information such as report links, client details, inspection information, and other available data from the order.
