The new ISN order form is an upgraded order entry experience designed to help you book inspections faster and with less manual work. The form covers all the same information as before, but with a cleaner layout, smarter data entry, and a redesigned scheduling experience.
Your services, fees, and all other customizations remain exactly the same. Nothing about how your account is configured has changed. This is purely an upgrade to the order entry experience.
What's Different at a Glance
The most immediate difference you'll notice is the layout. The previous order form used a tab strip across the top of the form. The new order form uses a left-side navigation panel, making it easier to see where you are in the form and jump to any section without scrolling.
What's New!
Faster Performance
The new order form loads and responds significantly faster than the previous version. Navigating between sections, selecting services, and saving orders is noticeably quicker — especially for companies with large service lists, many inspectors, or complex fee structures.
Smart Address Entry with Map Confirmation
The Subject Property Control now includes a smart address search bar. As you type, it validates and auto-completes the address. Once confirmed, the city, state, county, and zip code fill in automatically — and a map renders inline so you can visually confirm you've got the right property. In the previous order form, the map required a separate manual verification click to appear; in the new form it's triggered automatically as part of the address confirmation.
When available, the address lookup also pulls property data — including square footage, year built, and property photo — directly into their corresponding controls, saving you from entering it manually.
Note: Auto-fill data depends on what's available for that address. All fields remain editable if you need to adjust anything.
Redesigned Scheduling Experience
The Inspector Date & Time control has been fully redesigned. Instead of a static color-coded availability bar, you'll now see a live, interactive calendar. Key improvements include:
Click-to-select time slots directly on the calendar
Multi-inspector view so you can see the availability of multiple inspectors side by side at a glance
Week-view option to let you see a broader range of dates at once, making it easier to find the right time slot without jumping between days
Cleaner Contact Entry
Adding a contact now opens a slide-in panel on the right side of the screen rather than expanding an inline form. It's less disruptive to the rest of the order and easier to work with, especially on smaller screens.
Improved Order Review
The Review screen has been redesigned to keep up with modern design practices and accessibility standards.
The new order form also introduces two view options for the Review screen:
Compact — the default view, displaying all order details together on one page, consistent with the layout you're used to.
Spacious — an optional read-only, scrollable view that presents your order details in a clean card-based layout. It mirrors the look and feel of the new order form itself, but is not in edit mode — it's designed purely for reviewing the order at a glance before scheduling or saving.
You can toggle between the two views using the button in the upper right corner of the Review screen.
What Stays the Same
Your order form is configured specifically for your business, and that doesn't change with the new order form. However your form is set up today — your sections, your services, your fees, your inspection types, and any other customizations — will look and work exactly the same. Nothing about your setup has changed. Only the experience of entering orders has been improved.
