This update is dedicated to improvements we are making to the new version of ISN's Order Form.
New Features
Alerts at the top of the order page now use a tighter, inline layout with refined spacing and a unified Dismiss control for warnings, notices, and reminders. Alerts no longer auto-hide, instead staying visible until you dismiss them.
When selecting an inspector on an order, the available list now filters based on the services chosen on the order, so you only see inspectors who can perform the requested work.
Fixes
Manually typing an invalid date or time no longer crashes the page. Date, time, and duration inputs are now validated when the field loses focus and commit reliably to the order.
Fixed an issue where the default inspector wasn't being saved. Mileage-based inspector restrictions also now apply only when both required settings are enabled, improving distance-based filtering accuracy.
Existing appointments now show the responsible person's friendly display name when it matches a known user, both on the appointment view and on the review/export views, instead of the raw username.
