New Features
Our new Order Form now has a fully responsive mobile experience, including a new top navigation that collapses into a hamburger menu on smaller screens, a mobile-friendly horizontal section navigator, and improved sticky header behavior. The main menu has also been ported to React, with a faster, keyboard-navigable search and a fix that restores the SMS menu for Report Writer users.
Updating your company address in Company Settings now automatically pushes the new billing address to Chargebee, keeping your invoices and billing records in sync without a manual update.
When you select a radon appointment type on a new order in the new Order Form, the date and time now automatically adjust based on the type's configured offset, matching the behavior of the classic order form. Editing an existing appointment preserves its original time.
Fixes
Radon appointments now render correctly on the new Order Form's Review page without requiring the order to be saved first, and date/time edits stay in sync across the form and review views.
Fixed an error that prevented some signed agreements from rendering by safely handling unresolved template placeholders so stray placeholder text no longer appears.
The order's signed date and time are no longer updated when an order is edited, so the original signing timestamp is preserved in Order User History.
The new Order Form now initializes timezone and office settings reliably when creating a new order, preventing inconsistent behavior across environments and for spoofed sessions.
Corrected the double-booking warning in the Order Form so it displays accurately when scheduling conflicts occur.
