New Features
We continue to make improvements to our new Order Form, which we're rolling out slowly in several small phases to our customers:
The Escrow Officer control now has autocomplete search for officers and offices, email validation, and the same linked-address pattern used by Contacts and Agents.
Outsource fee amounts can now be entered and tracked separately, and they appear in the fee review summary.
Agencies can now be edited directly from the "Add Agent" modal via a new side panel, and saved edits refresh the displayed agency details immediately.
Dashboard widgets now load asynchronously so the page renders faster, with a loading spinner while content fetches and a friendly fallback if a widget fails. Minimized widgets defer loading until expanded.
Fixes
Merging clients no longer fails silently and leaves duplicates behind. The merge now reliably reassigns references, hides the source clients, and only writes audit log entries after the transaction commits.
Viewing order fee history on large companies no longer errors out, and a related Datadog 500 error on the fee history page has been resolved.
Canceled and unscheduled orders now correctly send a $0 sales value to Digilatics, and restoring an order to incomplete sends an "unscheduled" update.
Fixed spacing and padding in Online Scheduler v3 so content no longer gets cut off on small screens.
Additional fixes to our new Order Form:
Convenience fee values are now reliably saved to orders, and partial saves are avoided when fee identifiers are missing.
The "link agency address" toggle on Agent and Insurance Agent controls now saves and restores correctly.
Agent photos now use the new backend image source first and fall back gracefully when it's unavailable.
City and Zip Code are no longer required when adding or editing an agency on Order Form v2.
The "Add Radon Appointment" button is now disabled until the order is saved, matching previous behavior.
