Inspection Support Network can automatically send your inspectors email notification of properties that have been inspected by your company before and even provide you a copy of that report if you uploaded it to the system. This feature is a fantastic way of keeping you informed and prepared prior to the inspection by allowing you to see what issues may have been found the first time, and where you might want to pay special attention while performing the new inspection request.
These notices can either go directly to the inspector assigned to the inspection OR have the system send the notification to a specified email address only.
You will find those settings in your ISN by going to Settings -- Office Settings -- My Company Settings -- My Company Settings -- Duplicate Inspection Emails
You can set it up to send to the Inspector assigned to the inspection, or to a specific email address and hit Save.
