Display Packages After Services in Online Scheduler v3

Overview

By default, the Online Scheduler v3 shows packages before individual services during the booking process. You can now change this order so that individual services appear first, with packages listed after them.


What this setting does

When enabled, services appear before packages on the Packages and Services page in the Online Scheduler. This gives you control over how pricing is introduced to customers during scheduling.

Some companies prefer to show individual service prices first β€” which tend to be lower β€” before presenting bundled packages. This can help customers get comfortable with pricing before they see package options.


How to enable it

  1. Go to Settings > Office Settings > OSv3 Settings > Settings

  2. Find the toggle labeled "Display Packages after Services"

  3. Turn the toggle ON

Once enabled, packages will appear below individual services on the Packages and Services page in the Online Scheduler.

Default behavior

This setting is off by default. If you don't change it, packages will continue to appear before services, which is how the Online Scheduler has always worked.


Things to know

  • This setting only affects the display order on the Packages and Services page. It does not change which services or packages are available to customers.

  • The change takes effect immediately after saving your settings.

  • You can turn this on or off at any time.
