This article shows you how to delete a client or an agent in your ISN

To delete an agent simply go to Clients/Agents – Agents – Agents and click the Trashcan icon to delete it.

The ISN will take you to the Agent grid for that specific agent. There, click on the delete icon and a pop-up box will ask if you are sure you want to delete the agent.

The process works exactly the same if you wish to delete Clients. Simply navigate to the Client grid and follow the same steps.

Please Note: Deleting an agent deletes their Real Estate Professional Dashboard (RED).
