The Report Designer lets you customize the layout and overall look of your inspection reports so they better match your business needs.
To access it, go to Settings, then Office Settings, and select Inspection Report Settings.
From there, click the blue Open Report Designer button. This will take you to the Report Designer page, where you can adjust different report display options.
At the top, you will see layout choices such as Featured Images and Ratings.
Under Feature Images, you can choose how the cover photo appears in the report. Available options include a single property image, a full-width image, an image gallery style layout that displays multiple property photos, or no image at all.
Under Ratings, you can choose how report ratings are displayed. Depending on your preference, ratings can appear as color blocks or color flags.
At the bottom of the page, there is an Include Overview option. This setting allows you to turn the overview section on or off, which shows the number of times each rating appears throughout the report.
In the upper-right corner, you will also see three buttons: Save, Preview, and Publish.
Save lets you keep your changes without making them live yet.
Preview shows you how the report will appear before publishing.
Publish applies your changes to your reports going forward.
