Features and Enhancements

  • Added the ability choose to display service packages after individual services in the online scheduler (version 3), giving you more control over how options are presented to customers.

  • Upcoming additions for our new AI-powered phone answering product:

    • Choose to receive email notifications when an unscheduled inspection is created through the new product

    • A new email template for notifying your team about unscheduled inspections from InspectionBooking.ai, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Added the ability to manually mark agreements as signed or orders as paid directly from the mobile app, making it easier to keep order statuses up to date while on the go.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where certain text fields were missing labels in the online scheduler, improving clarity for customers filling out forms.

  • We resolved an issue that could prevent the “Cancel ISN” admin page from loading correctly, improving reliability when managing account settings.
