If your ISN is set up to allow for a report number to be editable for an order, simply clicking on the report number from the inspection grid will allow you to make any necessary changes.

Navigate to: Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections and click on the report number within the column:

A new screen will appear that will allow for the report number to be changed:
