The ISN allows you to download specific groups of agents using the "Download Agents" feature. Here we will walk through downloading a specific set of agents.

First, log in to your ISN and click on Clients/Agents and then on Agents:

Next, look for the Download Agents button and click it.

You can now chose agents who are active, inactive, or even from specific agent categories you may have defined. Select the type of agent(s) to download. Additionally, if desired you can filter by date as well.

Next, click Download. This will download the agents you selected and most likely (depending on your settings) load the file in Microsoft Excel. From there you can use your external services or use Microsoft Office to work with your agent list.
