The Inspection Support Network's Mass Email feature is just one of many awesome things about your ISN! Did you know that you can run reports from within a specific mass email that will provide a breakdown of the activity of the mass email that was sent out?
Navigate to Email -- My Mass Emails and click on the Details button of the specific mass email. At the bottom right-hand side of that page will be the activity reports that can be downloaded:
