In ISN we have three ways for you to be able to connect with our support team:
Live Chat support. Live Chat places you in a real-time, instant messaging environment with the best technical support department around who are available Monday through Friday 5:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time excluding holidays.
From your ISN, we are one click away: Find the chat bubble located at the top right corner. Click that and you can see all of your current conversations/announcements or start a new one. Alternatively, you can click on Help--Live Chat:
Using the “Send us a message” button you will open a new conversation with ISN’s support team, you can view all your previous chat conversations using the “See all your conversations”.
Direct email. Alternatively, you can email us directly to firstname.lastname@example.org as a great option to send your questions, files, or notifications so our team can be as responsive to your needs as possible. This is a great way to connect you with the correct department or person suited for your request (If you send a request after hours, the support team will get back to you early on the next weekday).
The third option is through our Support Phone number (800) 700-8112, we’ll have someone available to take your call from Monday through Friday from 6 AM till 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. However, there may be times you find you will possibly need to leave a voice message due to heavy support volume.
